Abi is a personal trainer based in Bath who helps women to get strong, up their nutrition and transform their relationships with their bodies.

Abi approached Whisper + Shout to create a bold new brand identity and a website that would resonate with her target audience — driven women aged 30+ who are curious about weight training and keen to improve their physique.

We created an identity that features a geometric icon representing strength, balance and progress, and a vivid colour palette to express femininity without being girly, shot through with edge.

Abi’s new tagline, ‘Tough & love training’, turns a cliche on its head in describing Abi’s approach and her driven, focussed, passionate and empathetic training style.

Finally, we created Abi’s new website, putting her clients and their experiences front and centre. The site was custom designed in SquareSpace, so it’s simple and intuitive for her to use and publish new content to going forward.
